Lasting Value
Alcan Lawson Mardon Packaging
Since it's establishment in 1983 MML has provided high quality management education to some of the best known UK and multinational companies. Well over a thousand different companies have used our public course programme to advance the skills and knowledge of their staff. Many of them use it on a regular basis.
The Power of Understanding
Designed and built around the concept of learning by doing all our public courses provide a balanced mix, where delegates learn the theory and learn how to apply it. Computer based business models, case studies and practical simulations are used to build understanding.
Working in small teams, delegates discover how the tools and techniques impact the performance of the business, as well as how they work and how to use them. This embeds knowledge and develops the confidence to use the techniques when they return to work.
The Benefit of Learning from Others
The wide range of backgrounds and companies represented by the different delegates on our courses gives attendees the opportunity to share experiences. Being able to exchange ideas and discuss issues, especially on residential courses, provides added value.
Maximising Your Return
The programme contains both general overview courses as well as specialist practitioner courses. Whilst delegates on the general course do not need any particular knowledge, those attending the specialist courses will not gain the full benefit unless they are already familiar with the management techniques specified in the pre-course qualifications for that particular course.
